Sally worked on the picture desk of the Guardian Newspaper and picture research for other photographic agencies for over 15 years. She joined the IMI's finance team in 2004 following a period of maternity leave.
Gaining new skills and experience, and working closely with the Senior Team and the Executive Team, Sally progressed to the role of Executive Manager and took on the responsibility of HR as part of the role. Sally then advanced her HR expertise and completed the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Human Resources Management in 2012. She then progressed to her current role as Head of HR & Business Support.
