As part of the Member Engagement Team, we are looking for a Membership Manager to work with our Head of Member Engagement; they will be responsible for develoing and implementing a membership engagement strategy which delivers on member retention, improved member-satisfaction and increased revenue strategies. The successful candidate will oversee a team and ensure that consistent high levels of service are delivered and experienced against KPIs.
