As part of the HR Team, we are looking for a People Support & Development Manager to support and enhance the management and development of all IMI staff and to provide high-level support to the Head of HR & Business Support across all aspects of the Department.
The successful candidate will be assessing individual, departmental and organisational learning and development needs, identifying skills gaps and future learning requirements. They will also be able to develops, design and deliver internal HR/business specific training sessions.
You will provide support to Head of HR with change programmes or special projects with hands on support including attending meetings, providing administration and/or reporting. You will monitor compliance with data protection laws. Reviewing external contracts to ensure data protection clauses reflect data sharing or processing relationship accurately escalating to Head of HR where necessary.
