Product Implementation Team Coordinator

The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is the professional body for individuals working in the motor industry and the authoritative source of industry careers information, standards, qualifications and accreditations. The IMI’s Professional Register aims to drive up standards across the automotive industry, providing consumers and customers with added confidence in the industry and the professionals who drive it.

As part of the Membership Products and Services team you will be a central point of contact and timely response unit for product related customer and stakeholder enquiries, questions and issues.  You will also accurately implement and deliver product documentation, information, web content and configure IT systems in accordance with IMI and the regulatory body’s requirements and defined launch dates.

You will have a high level of skill and attention to detail, accuracy and quality, along with excellent interpersonal skills which allow you to build relationships with a range of individuals. In addition, you will have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
