We are looking for an eLearning and VLE Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract to coordinate and maintain our Virtual Learning Environments (VLE), and other bespoke Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will coordinate key activities required to support new and existing B2B and B2C customers respectively. This will typically include activities such as setting up new customers on the system, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a good relationship etc. They will also be responsible for creating new courses and updating existing ones - including layout and format, proof content and test system functionalities etc.
Reporting on appropriate areas of activity, such as products performance to identify future opportunities, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to work within a team effectively.
