The Board is responsible for ensuring the IMI puts in place strategies to realise its vision to build a skilled, adaptable and professional international automotive workforce.
It is responsible for agreeing the strategic plan, the Directors’ Report and the financial statements for the IMI, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
It is supported by two sub-committees:

Audit and Remuneration Committee
