Physical & Non-visible Disabilities Group
The Physical and Non-Visible Disability Group focuses on how the motor industry can be more inclusive to those living with such conditions. They investigated how the workplace can be adjusted, how employers and employees can best work together regarding physical and non-visible disabilities. The group has a chairperson who leads meetings and delegates tasks; subject matter experts who offer lived experiences; and volunteers from within and outside the IMI.

Gender & Sexual Orientation Group
The Gender and Sexual Orientation Group focuses on how the motor industry can be more inclusive to those who are a part of the LGBTQ+ Community, as well as creating a larger gender diversity in a predominantly male dominated automotive sector. The group has a chairperson who leads meetings and delegates tasks; subject matter experts who offer lived experiences; and volunteers from within and outside the IMI.
