Mark Crandon FIMI

Mark has been with BMW Group since 1989, firstly with BMW Australia before moving to BMW UK in 1996. Mark was involved in the technical functions across both car and motorcycle divisions before moving into training in 1998.

Since then Mark has held various leadership roles responsible for BMW Group training in the UK and Ireland across technical and apprenticeships, covering the car, motorcycle and bodyshop functions, including the design and development of the technical BMW Group Academy UK. After time spent in Sweden as Regional Training Manager for Northern Europe, Mark was National Training Manager for aftersales, leadership and management development before moving onto General Manager, Customer. In 2021, Mark took up his most recent role as General Manager, Technical & Customer Services for BMW Group (UK and Ireland). With a passion for learning, customer excellence and new technology, Mark has been involved at all levels of skills development within the automotive sector and actively promotes the values of personal development, professional standards and accreditation.
