Digital & Social Media Manager

The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is the professional body for individuals working in and associated with the automotive sector.

We are currently looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager to join our team and support the development of user journeys and experience across the IMI’s website presence.  The role is also responsible for the management of the entire IMI social presence across multiple platforms and will create and edit social content, create engaging social marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications team and drive the performance of each platform, as well as looking for new opportunities and social platforms for the IMI to invest in

The successful candidate will have knowledge of website CMS and experience in website management and development.  They will possess a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media strategy and platforms, particularly in relation to advertising and branding. They’ll also need strong copywriting and editing skills, as well as strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and stakeholders.
