End Point Assessment Administrator

This is the most exciting time to work in the automotive industry due to the adoption of electrification and autonomous technologies (think robots and smart devices!) and the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is at the forefront, ensuring everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to progress their career.

As part of the IMI service as an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), we are required to supply independent, specialist assessors who are responsible for determining the final grade of an apprentice at the end of their apprenticeship.  The team is growing and we are looking for an End Point Assessment Administrator to provide support to the wider team with tasks and activities. 

The End Point Assessment Administrator will work with our EPA Coordinators processing centre approvals, work with Centres to ensure events are delivered in line with contract agreements, bookings for End Point Assessment bookings as well as processing potential EPA assessor applications.

You’ll need a passion for Customer Service and you'll be familiar with MS Office and other IT systems, have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator as you will be dealing with various internal and external contacts
