Head of Campaigns & Marketing

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver the annual marketing and campaigns plan, aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Plan and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, PR, events and social).
  • Use insight and analytics to track performance, report on KPIs and optimise activity.
  • Lead internal communications and safeguard the IMI brand across all channels.
  • Partner with teams across the organisation and manage external agencies and suppliers.
  • Manage budgets and lead, coach and develop the marketing team.

About you

  • Proven senior marketing leadership and experience delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Strong brand, content and communications skills, with excellent writing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Insight-led and analytical, confident using data to improve performance.
  • Experienced people manager, comfortable working with agencies and suppliers.
  • Organised, collaborative and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

£55,000- £65,000 DOE | Hybrid
