Hybrid role – 1 day based at Hertford office
There’s more to Motor!
This is the most exciting time to work in the automotive industry due to the adoption of electrification and autonomous technologies (think robots and smart devices!) and the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is at the forefront, ensuring everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to progress their career.
We're sure you've heard the term EDI by now, but if not, it stands for equity, diversity and inclusion. It's a movement to change the landscape, giving everyone the opportunities and support they need. To ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to progress in our industry we’ve created a new EDI and Belonging internal team as well as an external Task Force.
We realise the importance of this work so we’re expanding our team. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to provide high quality administrative meeting support and communication support services for our EDI & B team.
Some of the key tasks for this role include planning meetings, updating project boards, supporting key stakeholders, coordinating events such as our Elite Leaders Forum, bringing together the numerous moving parts of the yearly Skills Competition, ensuring paperwork and information packs are accurate and setting up feedback surveys.
This varied role requires accuracy and time management skills and will keep you thoroughly engaged!
