Carolyn Bundey Carolyn Bundey is a great ambassador for the IMI. Carolyn has helped with Phase 2 of the IMI’s “More to Motor” campaign, championing diversity, inclusion, and equity in the automotive industry. Her inclusive leadership and strategic project management have attracted new talent and reinforced the IMI’s goals. As a member of the IMI Diversity Working Group, Carolyn has shaped key people strategies and contributed thought leadership to drive change. Northgate Since its inception in 2019, the Academy has been dedicated to addressing skills gaps and supporting the IMI’s goals. With IMI accreditation in Electric/Hybrid, ADAS, and other areas, the Academy has trained over 500 employees and external customers. Their commitment to apprenticeships, CPD, and innovative training solutions aligns with the IMI’s mission. The Academy’s ongoing support of IMI events and dedication to lifelong learning makes them an exemplary ambassador for the IMI. | |
Nigel Morgan Nigel Morgan, former Managing Director of Schaeffler, is a key figure in automotive industry training and innovation. He spearheaded the creation of the REPXPERT brand and IMI-accredited learning programs, offering hands-on training in large arenas, colleges, and workshops. As Chairman of OESAA, he championed AutoInform Live and OESAA Live Roadshows, providing free specialist training across the UK and Ireland. A council member of IAAF and SMMT, Nigel remains a leading advocate for professional development in the automotive sector. |
