As an active member of the IMI Diversity Working Group, she has contributed to shaping equity and inclusion strategies across the industry.

Beyond her projects, Carolyn is a thought leader, introducing innovative ideas through AM Online and MotorPro magazine. Her professionalism, determination, and vision make her a standout nominee for this award, reinforcing IMI’s commitment to a progressive and diverse automotive industry.
