End Point Assessor

Pre-requisites

  • Have an understanding of the sector and the assessment requirements for Apprenticeship Standard you are applying to become an EPA assessor for. Have the expertise to operate administer the Assessment Tools required
  • Have technical/occupational competence at or above the level of the apprenticeship standard that you are applying to become an assessor of.
Completed Programme of ongoing CPD to provide minimum of 20 hours of work experience or technical/qualification related CPD within a 12 month period. Please check the assessment plan of the apprenticeship standard you are applying to assess for, the minimum amount of CPD hours to be relevant and competent.

This application forms part of the process to become accredited as an IMI assessor.  Before completing it is important that the applicant is familiar with the breadth of competences that are assessed within the Apprenticeship Standard. This application must contain hard evidence and examples of the above pre requisites.
