Health and Safety Working with Electric Vehicles
Date: Thursday 24th September 2026
Time: 18:00 - 19:30
Location: The Hub - Norwich
This practical webinar is designed to equip employers and line managers with the awareness, confidence and tools needed to promote wellbeing at work and reduce unnecessary absence. With the Health and Safety Executive estimating that 40.1 million working days were lost due to work-related ill health and non‑fatal workplace injuries in 2024/25 – without even accounting for health issues arising outside of work – the impact on organisations is significant.
Good management plays a crucial role in reducing or preventing work-related health problems and in spotting the early signs of wider issues that may lead to avoidable absence. By understanding wellbeing risks and responding effectively, managers can support healthier, more engaged teams while improving attendance and performance.
The webinar will explore why wellbeing is such a priority across so many agendas, examining the key issues, underlying causes and their impact on individuals and organisations. It will also cover employers’ responsibilities – both the obvious and less obvious – alongside a focus on mental health as a hidden but critical challenge. Participants will learn what to look out for using the wellbeing wheel and how to manage concerns confidently through effective wellbeing conversations.
Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers, and Business Owners.
