This Special interest webinar session will provide an overview of the workforce foresighting process & reports developed by the Warwick manufacturing Group (WMG). The event will serve as an opportunity to gather professional members’ input and views on the most effective future developments for training and assessment in automotive, which are needed to cater for new skills and roles that will emerge in response to technical developments across the sector.
Led by Dr Ben Silverstone from Warwick University, and IMI policy lead Hayley Pells this event will form the foundation for future special interest collaborative events on the topic of Automotive training and assessment
