Pre-requisites

Have an understanding of the sector and the assessment requirements for Apprenticeship Standard you are applying to become an EPA assessor for. Have the expertise to operate administer the Assessment Tools required
Up-to-date technical/occupational competence at or above the level of the apprenticeship standard that you are applying to become an assessor of.

Completed Programme of ongoing CPD to provide minimum of 20 hours of work experience or technical/qualification related CPD within a 12 month period. Please check the Assessment Plan requirements, as some plans state 'within the last 3 years.'
