New Mini Specialist, Lohen, sets a high standard for the IMI Employer Recognition Scheme
Founded in 2004, Lohen is known as one of the UK’s leading independent New MINI Specialists. The IMI Recognised Employer Certificate and Plaque was presented by Heidi McNeill LIMI (IMI), and the Mayor of Stafford Borough, Peter Jones, on 7 January 2016.
Lohen invests in building the professional skills and abilities of everyone in their team and provides work experience placements and apprenticeships to young talent in the industry, so that they can pass on a quality service to their customers.
“We believe these things matter. We believe they make a difference – for each member of the Lohen Team and for our many MINI customers” says Emma Dutton MIMI, Head of Marketing at Lohen. “We pride ourselves on continually striving for excellence, then seeking to better the high standards we have set.
“We believe the IMI’s support and training will set Lohen apart, offering reassurance to customers, manufacturers and suppliers alike. We are a professional and capable MINI specialist; no matter whether you’re dealing with sales, marketing or mechanics, you’re assured each team member is trained and operates at the very highest standards.”
The IMI Employer Recognition Scheme demonstrates employees’ expertise, knowledge and commitment to ethical conduct and continuing professional development. It gives businesses a vital competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded market. Customers are assured that the automotive organisation they’re dealing with offers the highest standards of service and knowledge.
Heidi McNeill LIMI said: “Joining the IMI Employer Recognition Scheme is a great achievement, and we look forward to working with the Lohen team in the future. Congratulations!”
