Key findings:
Job postings across all automotive occupations have decreased from December. Unsurprisingly the most effected by the lockdown restrictions such as vehicle and parts salespersons and Managers and Directors in retail and wholesale have seen the largest falls. Tyre, exhaust and windscreen fitters have also seen significant falls in job postings this month. However all occupations are still above the record lows in spring 2020.
The most requested skills across all occupations remains communication and customer service skills. New skills entering the top 20 for managers and directors include; Negotiation, Presentations, People Management, Planning, Innovation and Training And Development
