Learners will practise writing and speaking responses for common scenarios such as booking appointments, replying to online enquiries, opening conversations on the showroom floor, qualifying needs without pressure, inviting test drives, presenting trade-in valuations, handling “think about it”, and creating follow-ups that get replies, with the AI coach guiding improvements in phrasing, tone and next-step control.
A set of AI coaching simulations aligned to the nano tip topics, where learners respond to an AI customer and receive feedback from an AI coach after each message using the Recall, Reflect, Apply framework.
