Case Study: Lahcen Hanouni, AAE FIMI, SMEIA Group, Morocco

I am the Master Technician for the SMEIA Group in Morocco. I am involved in helping the team leader with technical support. 

I joined the IMI to improve my skills and ability for different stages of my career like; leadership, management, technical, mindset, knowledge, exchange of information and innovation.

The IMI has helped to improve my technical and management skills and I feel it's the best company to grow my skills. The team are full of knowledge and the exchange of information is a great asset for me. The best thing they have helped me with so far is achieving my AAE Grade. 

I look forward to benefiting from more training and taking part in events in the future.
