Firstly, through being a member of the IMI, I have gained a level of professional and industry recognition. This is a big help when approaching customers, as it demonstrates an understanding of and a commitment to the motor industry. On top of that, by joining the IMI Diversity Task Force, which was formed to address issues of diversity and inclusion throughout the automotive sector, I’ve further developed my industry contacts.
