Terms and Conditions – MOT Annual Assessment prize draw competition (2023/24)
- The promoter is The Institute of the Motor Industry, registered in the UK: 225180, whose registered office is at Fanshaws, Brickendon, Hertford, United Kingdom, SG13 8PQ.
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excl. Northern Ireland)
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
- Route to entry for the competition is through https://www.theimi.org.uk/mot-quals
- All qualifying patrons who have purchased and completed the MOT Annual Assessment between Saturday, 1st April 2023, and Thursday, 29th February 2024 (00:01 GMT) will be entered into the competition draw
- Entrants must purchase the an MOT Annual Assessment directly through the IMI to be eligible for one entry
- Patrons purchasing MOT training and not an MOT Annual Assessment directly through the IMI will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw
- Only one entry will be accepted per tester
- The prize is to win one of three vouchers for a Super Car Driving Experience at a specified track location nationwide, with a choice of specified cars and dates (Monday-Friday).
- The prize is non-transferable and will only take place at the locations and dates specified by the vendor.
- The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered
- The winner will be announced on Friday, 29th March 2024 and will be drawn at random
- The winner will be notified by email that they have won the competition
- The winner will be contacted by Kim Wenman, Member Engagement Team Leader, IMI
- The IMI reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice
- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
