Award Overview

This award recognises an individual or organisation who have made a significant contribution to championing diversity in the automotive community, supporting people with varying lived experiences, and ensuring that the sector is an attractive career destination for all.

Nominations close on Wednesday 20th November.

 

Nomination Criteria

Positive Action: How has the individual or organisation actively promoted a more diverse environment, whether on a small or large scale?

Inclusive Culture: How do they foster an inclusive culture within their organisation or the wider industry?

Creating Opportunities: Have they implemented processes or changes to ensure fair opportunities for all, including those with visible and non-visible disabilities?

Advocacy and Leadership: Do they advocate for fairness, challenge biases, and speak out against injustice?

Commitment to Inclusion: How does diversity and inclusion influence their work, and are they passionate about creating a more inclusive sector?
