Ben is an experienced, highly driven director with over 30 years’ financial and commercial experience with a passion for delivering change, growth and innovation in the automotive and technology sectors. Qualified chartered accountant with PwC, providing his grounding in finance, due diligence and audits with a no surprises approach.
Ben’s various roles within Unipart Group over 14 years, included CFO of Unipart Automotive, together with M&A activities, delivering the sale of Unipart Automotive into private equity hands.
More recently, Ben was the CFO of Nominet UK, a membership organisation managing the .uk domain namespace. As CFO his role was to drive strategic new commercial business development, notably in the cybersecurity sector.
Ben recognises the importance of partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to drive strategy and has a track record of coaching and mentoring to build robust finance teams through periods of disruption and change.
