This is the most exciting time to work in the automotive industry due to the adoption of electrification and autonomous technologies (think robots and smart devices!) and the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is at the forefront, ensuring everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to progress their career.

Our IT Team are getting busier so we’re expanding our team. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to work in collaboration with our IT Support technician to provide first line technical support to end users as well as perform admin tasks to ensure the team are working to their best.  Some of the key tasks for this role include planning meetings, supporting ongoing tickets and projects, liaising with other teams to assist with ticket resolution, as well as providing day to day administrative support to the team. 

This varied role requires accuracy and time management skills and will keep you thoroughly engaged!
