End Point Assessor (Light Vehicle)

There’s More to Motor!

This is the most exciting time to work in the automotive industry due to the adoption of electrification and autonomous technologies (think robots and smart devices!) and the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) is at the forefront, ensuring everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to progress their career.

As part of the IMI's service as an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), we are required to supply independent, specialist assessors and moderators who are responsible for determining the final grade of an apprentice at the end of their apprenticeship.

We are looking for End Point Assessor to join our team. As an End Point Assessor, you will ensure that End Point Assessments are delivered to the required quality levels, as detailed by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IFATE) and appointed External Quality Assurer, relevant to the Light Vehicle Apprenticeship Standard, ensuring all associated compliance is maintained at all centres.

You will also work closely with our internal Marketing Team to ensure IMI End Point Assessment Services are communicated to the sector and delivery partners, supporting the IMI being the first choice End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) provider for the motor industry.

If you have comprehensive, up to date knowledge of Automotive Technology, Level 3 or above Automotive Technician qualification or equivalent, manage time and produce accurate reports as well as having excellent customer service and communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
