EPA Update - assessment results and grades

The IMI are in the process of transitioning how EPA individual assessment results and overall grades are sent out to Apprentices, Employers and Training Provider contacts. 

Each party will start to receive notifications directly from SEPA for individual assessment outcomes and overall grades. The content of the feedback has not changed and results will still be issued to each party. The Overall Grade feedback forms will also be uploaded to each apprentices' individual documents section in SEPA, which can be obtained by a training provider member of staff who has a login and the correct permissions. 

Please see individual key points for each party who will receive results:

• Training Provider – The main contact listed for the training provider in SEPA will receive all result notifications. This therefore means that if there are specific staff members listed on a booking form for a particular group but are not attached to any other apprentices, this contact, currently, will not be able to be listed in SEPA as a contact and it will be the responsibility of the main contact listed to forward results to specific contacts required. 
• Apprentice – Apprentices will receive all result notifications to the email address listed in their profile - please ensure all apprentice email addresses are correct in SEPA. If any email addresses need amending, please contact epa@theimi.org.uk.
• Employer – The main employer contact will receive all result notifications - please ensure all employer email addresses are correct in SEPA. If any email addresses need amending, please contact epa@theimi.org.uk. If individual line manager contacts are listed within the apprentices SEPA profile page, results will not be issued to this contact – it will be the responsibility of the main employer contact or training provider to forward results to individual line manager contacts.

As this is a transition phase, some results may still be issued in the previous way. However, where possible, all individual assessment results and overall grades will be sent from the system moving forward.
