It can be a big ask to complete the mandatory three hours' CPD before taking the annual MOT assessment when we have busy lives to manage.

So when you log on to IMI MOT e-Learning modules, these are designed to ensure the learning you take assists you to pass the annual assessment first time.

We also provide guidance on how best to use the MOT Tester Manual to support you with the assessment topics for 2021/22. This can be found here.

For anyone with dyslexia who has already purchased the combined Training and Assessment package, we can help you request additional time from the DVSA to complete your assessment.

The IMI MOT Training and Assessment for 2021/22 comes with three options:

• Training-only
• Assessment-only – including up to two attempts 
• Combined training and assessment – including up to two attempts

Any Tester completing the assessment automatically gets free IMI membership for a year if they opt-in. And if you purchase the combined training and assessment package you could be in with a chance to win a two-day Delphi Hybrid and EV Training Course* that commences on 14-15 March 2022 if you book your MOT assessment before 31 December 2021.
