IMI Launches Employment Engagement Survey to Drive Automotive Talent Forward
The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) has launched a new Employment Engagement Survey to gather critical insights that will help tackle the growing skills gap in the automotive sector.
Representing our membership community of over 110,000 automotive professionals, the IMI remains committed to working with Government on key issues impacting automotive talent and skills as we head into the new year. With the Spring Budget approaching, this survey will provide essential evidence to inform our policy work, including discussions on the proposed Growth and Skills Levy and ways to improve the Apprenticeship Levy.
This 15-minute survey invites input from employers, educators, and industry professionals to identify recruitment challenges, highlight essential skills, and improve training and education. Insights gathered will shape the IMI’s future research and policy recommendations, ensuring learners and apprentices are better equipped for success in the sector.
Your responses are confidential. Help us drive meaningful change for the automotive workforce – complete the survey today!
