Empowering Apprentices Post COVID-19
It’s an incredibly exciting time to work in the automotive industry, however, the sector is still feeling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our latest research, The Impact of COVID-19 on UK Automotive Apprenticeships and the Road to Recovery, indicates that 18,000 apprenticeships – which have always been so crucial to the sector’s success – were lost as a direct result of the pandemic.

Advice from Sam James, Technical Apprentice at Lind Triumph
Ask as many questions as possible. You'll get out what you put in. All the people I've worked with and all the people I've met up at the training centre will tell you as much as you want to know. I think that's the main thing, really. Ask questions, absorb as much as you can.Sam James, Technical Apprentice at Lind Triumph
