LEARNING OUTCOMES
After successful completion of this course the candidate will know the technical characteristics and operating modes of advanced driving support systems such as Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Detection. Know the position and functionality of the technologies involved RADAR, multifunctional camera, sensors and actuators, infrared camera, ultrasonic sensors. Practical examples of static calibration and dynamic calibration with the aid of the Haweka support template and diagnosis and be able to carry out diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures with the aid of the diagnostic tool; knowing how to interpret the pages of errors, parameters, states, activation and adjustments

The course begins with Driver Assistance Systems familiarisation, the technologies and equipment required to perform their check, maintenance and repair. Calibration of cameras, radars and sensors by using the dedicated equipment; using diagnostic techniques to reset the Driver Assistance Systems, check for possible malfunctions and find solutions.
