The Program offers 3 Modules as below:
1. Module 1- The 5★ Customer Journey (10 step Sales Process)
Creating a consistent customer centric experience to drive conversion rate up. This takes each delegate in a deep dive through each step of the customer journey, from the initial customer welcome, qualification, product presentation, test drive, negotiating to converting the enquiry to a sale, which means a better R.O.I. on advertising spend.
This delivered with practical and interactive practise sessions for the delegates, with a focus on I.C.E. to EV sales to help navigate the fastmoving automotive landscape in 2025 and beyond.
Culminating in a ‘post’ workshop test for the delegates to achieve a ‘pass’ mark.
All this with the overarching goal of each delegate achieving the 200 Club status.
2. Module 2- Inbound & Outbound Call Skills – Boosting Appointments
Proven techniques to convert 60% (UK average 10%) of phone inquiries into showroom appointments, this by introducing a structured call approach to help manage each call professionally and overcome customer objections, which means a better R.O.I. on advertising spend
This workshop also has a spotlight on how the delegates approach outbound ‘Lead Generation’ ( A.K.A prospecting) calls to help drive more business through the door.
All the above leading to more appointments secured, increased ‘show up’ rate and higher conversion rate.
Module 3 - Web Connect & Video Connect
Effective web -Lead management to convert more into sales.
This takes each delegate through a simple process of managing web enquiries more effectively and how speed and quality impacts on converting more leads to sales by shifting the conversion rate up, by using Web Connect process. Which means a better R.O.I. on advertising spend.
Leveraging video to build trust and drive customer engagement.
Introducing the delegates to a structured and professional approach to the use of video, by practical ‘How to’ sessions in the workshop using Video Connect to convert more sales.

TalkSales (Europe) Limited proposes to deliver a bespoke, high-impact Sales
Development Program, designed to unify and elevate the performance of all Sales Managers, Sales Advisers, and Trainees connected with the I.M.I. This comprehensive, ‘hands-on’ initiative will focus on building core capabilities, establishing consistent standards, and driving measurable commercial results.
This initiative supports a proposed I.M.I 200 Club— with the overarching objective of the program—which aims to equip every Sales Adviser to achieve 200 car sales per year through consistent standards, professional coaching, and proven techniques, this to help embrace a high-performance mindset.
Target Audience:
• Sales Managers- to help get the best from their team
• Sales Advisers – as a refresher to parts of the Customer Journey, eroded or forgotten over time.
• Trainee Sales Staff- to give them the platform to learn, develop and move forward with their new career.
Delivery Method:
• 3-Day fully interactive workshops (optimum size 10 delegates, max group size: 12) for Module1.
• 1 Day fully interactive workshops each for Modules 2 & 3 (optimum size 10 delegates, max group size: 12) for Module 2 & 3.
• Follow-up Workshops (45 days later) to assess progress & challenges for delegates post training workshops, with an open discussion on what’s worked and what hasn’t worked and collaboratively find a solution for this. (optimum size 10 delegates, max group size: 12)
