Who is this for?

Level 3 Award in MOT Test Centre Management

The Level 3 Award in MOT Test Centre Management has been developed in collaboration with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) to provide learners with the essential knowledge and skills required to manage an MOT Vehicle Test Centre (VTS) effectively and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

This qualification equips learners to:

• Develop the legislative and compliance knowledge required to manage an MOT Test Centre

• Drive improvements in customer service and operational performance

• Develop, supervise, and support staff within a testing centre

• Understand and implement centre quality systems and audit processes

 

Who Should Attend?

This qualification is aimed at individuals who:

• Wish to establish or manage an MOT Vehicle Test Station (VTS)

• Will have direct responsibility for MOT operations within a test centre

• Are existing MOT Testers seeking to progress into a management role

 

Course Delivery

The course is delivered through:

• 2 days of face-to-face classroom training at S&B Automotive Academy

• An additional online study module, which must be completed alongside the classroom sessions
