IMI Certificates and Digital Achievements

The IMI’s Digital Achievement Portal is a secure online portal providing you access to digital versions of achievement certificates. You can also order duplicate printed copies of achievement certificates for Qualifications, IMI Accreditation and IMI Accredited programmes.  

There is a Digital Achievement portal for leaners, one for our centres and another for employers and third parties.

I am a learner looking for duplicate certificates or digital achievements since 2011...

• Full visibility of achievement data and certificates the moment they are printed  
• PDF versions of certificates issued since 1st November 2017 are available
• Details of achievements dating back to 2010 are available through the portal

I am a learner looking for duplicate certificates from 1998-2010...

We are able to provide proof of a qualification for anything achieved between 1998 and 2010. Proof of historic achievements are accessed via a data search of our extensive records. 

There is a one-off non-refundable charge of £44.00 for the search. If the achievement can be located from the information provided, a proof of qualification letter will be generated and posted to the home address given on the form should the achievement be found.

Please note: If no achievement matching the given information can be found, an email will be sent to the email address provided to advise accordingly. To complete the process, you will need to provide as much information as you can including qualification title, qualification number and the IMI centre you achieved the qualification at.

Centre personnel will need to contact their centre coordinator to gain access.
