DVSA
DVSA is the amalgamation of Vehicle Operator and Services Agency (VOSA) and the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).
Their aim is to improve road safety in Great Britain by setting standards for driving and motorcycling, and making sure drivers, vehicle operators and MOT garages follow roadworthiness standards. They also provide a range of licensing, testing, education and enforcement services.
DVSA is an executive agency, sponsored by the Department for Transport.

BS 10125 (previously known as PAS 125)
BS 10125 revises and replaces PAS 125:2011 and has been prepared to bring the specification for vehicle damage repair processes up to date and in line with technological developments and currently recognized good practice.
This British Standard specifies requirements for:
- repair processes;
- competence of personnel;
- tools and equipment;
- parts and controlled consumables;
- repair process management;
- quality control;
- complaints procedure.
