L2 Award in Employee Rights and Responsibilities

Who is it suitable for?

The Award is suitable for learners aged 16 and above.  This Award meets the requirement of the SkillsCfA Apprenticeships for Customer Service, Team Leading and Management frameworks that learners know their employment rights and responsibilities (E.R.R).  This Award is taken alongside other qualifications in the framework, which include a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and a Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) in the learner's occupational subject area and Functional Skills.

About

The purpose and aim of this single unit vocationally related qualification (VRQ) is to therefore to equip learners with an understanding of employee rights and responsibilities (E.R.R.).  Learners will develop understanding of their industry, the role of their organisation, their understanding of their own role and responsibilities, and the responsibilities of people who work with them within their organisation.
