IMI Level 3 Award in Cycle Frame Building

Who is it suitable for?

This Level 3 vocationally related qualification (VRQ) is aimed at learners who wish to develop the knowledge and skills required to build a cycle frame

About

This qualification has two mandatory units which the learner must complete.  It develops the learner’s knowledge of frame geometrics and frame alignment as well as the skills required to build a cycle frame to specific requirements.

This Level 3 VRQ has a high level of technical content coupled together with advanced practical skills

Progression

On completion of this qualification the learner could progress onto higher level study or into employment

Assessment

This qualification is assessed by practical tasks and written assignments
