This Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) is ideal for school and college learners aged 16-19, as well as 19+ learners wishing to enter into the vehicle accident repair sector of the Automotive Industry.
Learners with a keen interest in vehicle accident repair will have the opportunity to develop and enhance their knowledge and skills.
This qualification is practical and engaging to motivate and support learners to gain key knowledge and skills required by vehicle accident repair employers, specialising in multiple repair areas, such as MET (Mechanical Electrical Trim), paint and body repairs.
With mandatory requirement for employer engagement, learners get the opportunity to experience the real workplace environment.
This qualification can be taken full or part time and is also approved on the DfE KS5 2019 Performance Tables.

Upon achieving this qualification, learners can progress onto further training and education in automotive and engineering subjects (including apprenticeship) or to a job role in the vehicle accident repair sector.
