IMI Accreditation Sales is intended primarily for professionals in the motor industry working directly or indirectly with the consumer/customer. The role of ‘Sales Executive’, for example, will generally be an employee of a department within a business dealing with routine sales enquiries from customers.

That said, Sales need not be restricted to a single job role – demand is increasing across our industry for training and accreditation in Sales for owners of small to medium sized enterprises and even some ‘back room’ staff.

There are two levels within IMI Accreditation Sales:

  • Sales Executive
  • Senior Sales Executive
