Who Is it suitable for?

These qualifications are designed to engage and motivate 14-19 year olds who are interested in learning about the retail motor industry.

They are aimed at learners who prefer and respond to 'hands-on' learning. Therefore they each have a practical approach to assessment and include many visual questioning techniques which will stimulate and interest learners.

Award

This Award is ideal for those learners who wish to undertake a qualification which provides a stepping stone to the IMI Certificate for the Introduction to Motor Vehicle Industry and Technologies.

The assessment of this qualification is made up of 2 components:

  • IMI Combined written and practical assessment
  • IMI Online test
