COURSE STRUCTURE
ONLINE THEORY
This module covers the essentials of modern motorcycle networks and ECUs, key system architecture such as engine management, ABS, traction control and immobilisers, and how to navigate IDC6 BIKE for vehicle selection and quick service tasks. It also includes interpreting live data like TPS, O₂, MAP and RPM, along with performing service resets, calibrations and standard coding where applicable.
PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT
This module provides hands‑on diagnostics using TEXA equipment, supported by practical case studies that build real troubleshooting skills. It also reinforces key workshop best practices to ensure safe, efficient and professional diagnostic work.
