Course Overview: This course is designed for Level 3 heavy vehicle technicians who require the necessary skills and authorisation to obtain the PIN 2 for advanced Mode Trailer diagnostics. Course content:  Working with Bosch ESI[tronic] software  Evolving your skills from how to select vehicles correctly to performing advanced diagnostic tasks  Carrying out practical assessments on trailers  Understanding of trailer EBS systems and performing software replacements  Carrying out of an End of Line Trailer Test  Introduction to Knorr-Bremse integrated software add-on Prerequisites: No pre-requisites but we recommend that delegates are familiar with the basic operation of ESI[tronic] software. Attainment:  On successful completion of HVXX, delegates will be able to:  Understand the basic principles of trailer EBS systems  Understand the correct procedure to replace trailer EBS software  Be able to apply for the Bosch PIN 2 trailer authorisation code Delivery Method: This course is solely available as 1 day, face to face training.
