The driving safety of a motor vehicle depends largely on the steering. Reliable steering at high speeds is required, together with easy manoeuvrability. This course will introduce the development of steering system technology and will cover steering racks and boxes, power steering overview, steering geometry, advanced wheel alignment, hydraulic power steering, and electric power steering. Learners will also gain an understanding of the new 3D wheel alignment system from Bosch.
