What do I receive?

Phase 1- off-site - Pre Training evaluation - review a number of eVHC Videos already sent to customers to review quality and information provided by Technician.

Phase 2 On-site - 1-2-1 sessions with technicians reviewing their current Video quality , what's good? & what could be improved? Walk them through best practice' approach for delivery quality. This to have a consistent structure across the business. Technicians post 1-2-1 ,  then to do a new Video incorporating learning points from session.

Phase 3 Off-site - 2 x Videos for each Technician reviewed , 5 days after phase two , these for off-site review and feedback back to business.
