I joined the automotive sector through a five-year day release apprenticeship with a Jaguar, Daimler and Triumph dealership. After officially qualifying as a technician, I decided that joining the IMI and Road Transport Engineers would really help develop my career.

My career has gone from strength to strength having worked with all the major dealerships at senior management level. IMI membership has given me professional recognition that has helped build my career.
