The 2025 IMI Annual Dinner and Awards ceremony has been set for 12th March. It is a night where we celebrate automotive excellence and honour the businesses and individuals who make a difference. There's some great work being done throughout the sector and it's worth shouting about. This annual event seeks to shine a light on this work and the people who embody everything great about our industry.

What is the dress code?
Black tie

What are the timings for the dinner?
The drinks reception will start at 18:30 then guests will be seated at 19:30.

What time does the dinner finish?
Formal proceedings are expected to conclude at 23:00. The after dinner bar will be open until 01:00

How do I update my details?
You can edit your details via Eventbrite or contact the Events Manager at the IMI

What's the refund policy?
Ticket and table cancellations can be made at any point before Tuesday 15th February 2023, 30 days prior to the event where a full refund would be issued

Will I be able to observe Ramadan?
We are aware the event is taking place during Ramadan, and we will be providing access to prayer rooms and for those wishing to observe Iftar there will be dates provided.
